For those wanting to switch off all you need to do is open the large patio doors that showcase the country views sit on the balcony and enjoy a coffee or glass of wine and watch the sun rise to seeing the sun set.  

From the open plan living area you have a large utility and cloakroom, upstairs are two well designed bedrooms, with a bathroom with large walk-in shower.

The large private terrace is perfect for entertaining and comes with a  gas fire pit to enable you to enjoy the evenings and maybe some star gazing.

It is a very social home perfect for entertaining with a large flat screen with access to streaming TV and speaker for those wanting to listen to music.

While you prepare food guests can sit on the bar stools or at the large circular dining table. The kitchen is very well-equipped with a ceramic hob,  microwave oven, fan oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer. In the utility room you will find a washing machine.

A spacious and inviting bedroom with views looking over the fields and a beckoning king bed. Filled with light and beautifully furnished, the master bedroom has a balcony perfect for morning coffee.

Features a king size zip and link bed that can be converted into twins. 

Outside space

Halcyon has an enormous terrace is and it overlooks the countryside. It becomes a fantastic evening venue with a gas fire pit. With lots of outdoor seating, it’s a tempting sunbathing and sunset-watching spot.

There is parking for three cars and an electric fast car charger point (we add a charge for using this).

Halcyon for some mobile providers might have intermittent reception however with Wi-Fi included you will be able to use Wi-Fi calling, but then some like to escape the phone calling!

Where to eat

Within 15 mins you can drive to the seaside town of Bude with local eateries.

Outdoor activities 

You can easily access the coastal path within 15 mins and local beach such as Widemouth Bay is a very long open bau popular with families and surfers and at low tide there are hundreds of rock pools to explore. Situated just 3 miles south of Bude and accessible along the South West coast path, Widemouth Bay offers fantastic conditions to learn to surf or body-board, which is why many local surf schools are based here. For children

Children of all ages (and adults!) will love a day at Flambards Theme Park in Helston. Other recommendations are Paradise Park a wildlife sanctuary and indoor play.
